GoJu means "hard-soft." While most karate styles teach the
use of hard blocks and hard strikes, GoJu teaches the hard style
but also emphasizes the "soft" style. It is a style that is
compatible for both men and women, young and old. Karate teaches
to develop ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally,
alowing us to better deal with everyday life as well as any
crisis situations that may arise. At Austino's Karate, our
certified Black Belt instructors will teach you in a
step-by-step method that allows everyone to learn.
